1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoshAnDia Decor website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our decoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

RoshAnDia Decor provides bespoke balloon and event decoration services across London, UK. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Birthday, baby shower, and celebration decor
  • Wedding and engagement decorations
  • Corporate event styling
  • Theme party and custom setups
  • Complimentary add-ons (LED lighting, table styling, ribbon & draping, event consultation)

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific requirements, venue, and event date.

3. Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website or via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

  1. We have agreed on the scope, design, and pricing.
  2. A deposit has been received (where applicable).
  3. Written confirmation has been provided by us.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All quotes are customised and based on your specific requirements. Prices may vary depending on design complexity, materials, venue location, and event date.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of setup.
  • We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.
  • Prices quoted are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp). Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you need to change the date or details of your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is subject to availability.
  • RoshAnDia Decor reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.

6. Setup & Venue Access

  • Adequate venue access and setup time must be provided as agreed during the consultation.
  • We are not responsible for any venue restrictions, damages to venue property, or issues arising from inadequate setup conditions.
  • Any delays caused by venue access issues or third-party vendors are not the responsibility of RoshAnDia Decor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of RoshAnDia Decor or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

We may photograph our setups for portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you consent to us using event photographs on our website and social media unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Liability

  • RoshAnDia Decor takes great care in delivering high-quality decorations. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Balloons and decorations are delicate items. We cannot guarantee against natural deflation, popping, or damage caused by weather, temperature, or third-party interference after setup.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Website Use

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
  • We strive to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
